Together. Stronger 

With the Entrepreneurship, Employment and Volunteering Programs, we aim to provide the support women who are looking for a job, want to get stronger in business life and/or make changes in their career plans. We also prepare programs for women who want to voluntarily support civil society, start a business or improve their current business. 

Our aim is to empower women against the difficulties in finding a job or establishing a business, to raise awareness of gender discrimination in working life, to contribute to women who want to take action for economic independence and to be an address that brings together people and institutions striving for this.

What are we doing?

BizBizze designs and runs events and programs that can direct women who want to take part in active business life from a single center and facilitate their work, and increase women’s awareness about their interests and strengths.

With the training programs we organize, the services of consultancy, guidance, coaching, mentoring, business development and creating common market areas, we facilitate access to the information and support women need to achieve their dreams and participate in life.  

We bring the women participating in the programs together with women who have progressed as professionals or entrepreneurs and create a network that everyone is a part of it.

While doing all of these, we move forward with our members, volunteers and supporters who want to strengthen women’s place in life, make gender equality an established social value and be a part of an egalitarian solidarity network.
