BizBizze continues to organize multi-faceted programs and events that bring women entrepreneurs together in order to support women in the social field, as well as in employment and entrepreneurship.
Spring Gathering of BizBizze Association was held recently hosted by JointIdea. This time, the association held a networking meeting with BizBizze members, volunteers and program participants. 50 people attended the gathering specially organized for BizBizze volunteers, members and program graduates.
In her opening speech, Özden Anık Tekir, President of BizBizze Association of Idea and Support for Women, stated that they started out by saying “Stronger Together” and that they grew in cooperation and solidarity. Reminding that the concept of networking is an indispensable themes of our age, Tekir continued his words as follows: “No matter how much it is settled in our language in this way, this word can be translated as “creating or establishing a network” or “creating business opportunities” into Turkish. According to one theory, every person in the world is at most 6 people away from each other. It seems that ‘Strong Network’ is a necessity of the age… Based on this idea, we organized a ‘Networking’ meeting with full of surprises including the entrepreneurs and entrepreneur candidates of our association, which has completed its first year, in order to accelerate what we can do with BizBizze”. In her speech, Tekir stated that they attach great importance to the synergy achieved with BizBizze members, volunteers and alumni, and therefore they will continue to organize special network meetings and events for BizBizze. Entrepreneurs had the opportunity to introduce themselves in the event organized in the concept of a fun “Networking Game” that allows all participants to meet each other and exchange business cards and/or promotional brochures.
